| Kris Fossett is a writer, editor, and designer who has been working since 2005. Currently, she writes for various Internet freelancing sites.
When she is not freelancing, Kris edits and publishes Tainted Tea, an electronic literary magazine that publishes dark fiction and art. She also designs the magazine's layout and other promotional items.
Her work has been published in CampusPhilly.com, The Temple News, and The Compendium: Philly's Music News. She started her career as the executive editor of The Communitarian, Delaware County Community College's newspaper.
Kris earned a Bachelor of Arts in journalism from Temple University and an Associate of Arts in journalism from Delaware County Community College. While in college, Kris received numerous awards and scholarships for her work, including the Temple University Journalism Department Award for Published Work in Arts and Entertainment, the Karen L. Berlant Journalism Award. She was awarded a scholarship as a member of the 2006 All Pennsylvania Academic Team.
In addition to her journalism work, Kris is working on her first novel and some short stories.
